Distillery Events' flagship venue, The Fermenting Cellar, is our largest and most impressive space. The industrial chic site was originally constructed in 1859 and retains its heavy timber beams and Kingston limestone walls. At 7,500 square feet, and with 20-foot-high cross timbers which opens into a 32-foot-high lofted roof line, The Fermenting Cellar offers a unique blank canvas that can be transformed into the dramatic backdrop for hundreds of event configurations.

Our Events Specialists work with Head Chef Justin Borg and his team to develop menus that perfectly suit every event, catering to any taste. All our menus are customizable, and we’re here to help create specialized or from-scratch menus for up to 350 seated guests. With presentation-style theatre seating, we can accommodate an audience of up to 550.
